All-Russian congress “Family and Childhood: experience, problems and solutions” to be held in Ufa

The fifth all-Russian congress “Family and Childhood: experience, problems and solutions” will be held in Ufa on May 22-23. It is traditionally initiated by Ufa division of Russian State Social University and by the regional division of the National public committee “Russian Family”. The forum will be held within the frames of the Year of happy childhood and family values in Bashkortostan.

Representatives of legislative and executive power bodies RB and other Russian regions, experts in sphere of social policy, representatives of business, clergy, mass-media, public organizations, religious activists, scientists, post-graduates and students from Russian and foreign institutes will take part in its work.

Discussion of problems and exchange of experience in sphere of social protection and support of families, motherhood, fatherhood and childhood are planned within the frames of the forum.

The first congress to the theme “Family relations in poly-ethnic environment” was held in 2007 within the frames of Social Forum jointly with the regional division of the political party “United Russia” and was dated to the 450th anniversary of Bashkiria’s free-will joining Russian state. The second congress to the theme “Consolidation of family is the base for solution of demographic problems” has taken place in 2008 within the frames of the Year or social support of families in Bashkortostan. The third forum “Young family in social space of a big city” was held within the frames of the Youth Year in Russia and the Year for support and development of youth initiatives in Bashkortostan, the fourth gas taken place in 2010 and was called “Social protection of generations: Russian family, children, youth, veterans”.

The present forum will be held at the National Youth Theater RB by M. Karim (Lenin Street, 62). Plenary session is appointed on May 23.
