Interactive map of collection points is launched in Bashkiria

New interactive map of collection points appeared on the ecological portal RB.

“Every day such valuable fractions as paper, glass, aluminum, polyethylene and plastic are irretrievably lost in household rubbish. All these materials can be used again but people often have no idea, where the collection points are located. Till now information about such collection points was scattered and there was no one database. Since this problem looks quite actual, we launched such project on making the interactive map for collection points on the territory RB” – ecological engineer of the state unitary enterprise “TABIGAT” Albina Shamsutdinova reported to “Bashinform”.

At present moment the map contains information about 60 enterprises, specializing in waste recycling, with contact information.

The map will be gradually updated and for convenience recycled resources are divided with different colors by types: old paper, glass, metals, plastic and textile.

At present time the ecological portal develops other two interesting projects – the weather forecast map and the map of natural reserves.
