Presentation of all-Russian cleanup “Let’s Do It!” will take place in Ufa

Presentation of the public project of all-Russian cleaning action “We’ll Do It!” will take in Ufa on April 20 with assistance of the Public Chamber of Bashkortostan.

Active citizens from more than 80 countries will unite for making global cleanup “Let’s Do It! World Cleanup-2012”, cleaning their territories from waste together.

“We plan that 4% of Bashkiria’s population will take part in our public cleanup action, plus every sixth citizen of the region will know about the action “Let’s Do It!”. Besides, at least one third of all collected garbage will be recycled” – the curator of the public movement “Eco” in Bashkortostan Guzelle Latypova told the news agency “Bashinform”.

The all-Russian cleanup-2012 will unite 83 Russian regions, more than 1800 districts and 22000 municipalities of the country. The ecological action “Let’s Do It! World Cleanup-2012: will take place in Russia on September 15.

Presentation of the action in Ufa is organized by the Public Chamber RB, public movements “Eco”, “No More Garbage”, “The Greens” and the Social Engineering Center. Presentation will take place in the Trade-Union House (Ufa, Kirov Street,1) at 16 o’clock.
