There is a shortage of 352 young imams in Bashkiria

The Clerical Muslim Dept RB summed up the preliminary totals of monitoring of peopleware in Muslim parishes of the Republic. During two months the leadership of the Clerical Muslim Dept RB was gathering information about Muslim parishes and, in particular, how many mosques faced shortage of young imams and what was the number of imams older than 60. As it turned out, now it is necessary to train 352 young imams for working in the regional parishes. The leadership of the Clerical Muslim Dept RB intends to announce the measures for training of such number of Muslim specialists at the forthcoming plenum, appointed on April 25.
