The name of the best teacher of Bashkiria will be called on April 10

The name of the winner of the Republican contest “The Teacher of the Year RB-2012” will be called on April 10 during solemn flower ceremony at the Bashkir State Dramatic Theater by M. Gafuri, where all participants of the contest are traditionally invited.

The contest of professional pedagogical mastery started on April 2. 123 pedagogues arrived in Ufa for participation in it: 59 participants of the main contest and 64 participants of various nominations: 38 teachers of Russian language and literature and 26 – of Tatar language and literature.

All pedagogues have passed two stages. The first one included presentation of an innovational pedagogical project, a lesson and its self-analysis and holding of a classroom hour to the topic, offered by pupils. Only 15 teachers, collecting the maximal number of points, have taken part in the second stage. They conducted master-classes, read public lectures and demonstrated their eloquence in open debates.

The jury has determined the absolute winner and prize-winners but their names are still kept in secret and will be called during solemn flower ceremony tomorrow.

The beginning of the ceremony is at 11 o’clock.
