Pupils from Bashkiria demonstrate knowledge of native languages

The VI open Olympiad in native languages, history and culture of Bashkortostan, dated to the Year of History in Russia and the Year of happy childhood and consolidation of family values in Bashkortostan, is held at the Moscow State Humanitarian University (Ufa division) today.

Pupils will demonstrate their knowledge in Russian, Bashkir, Tatar, Chuvash, Mordvinian, Mari and Ukrainian languages. More than 100 pupils from all regions of the Republic, including senior pupils, expected to take part in the Olympiad, the press-center of the Moscow State Humanitarian University reported.

The contest for the best folk costume is also scheduled within the frames of the Olympiad, held with assistance of the Ministry for education RB.
