The Week of German language and culture to be held in Bashkiria

Traditional Week of German language and culture will be held in Bashkiria on April 9-13 and its main goal is widening of cooperation with German institutes in sphere of education, science and culture and popularization of German language at education institutions RB.

The Week will start on Monday, April 9, at the faculty of Romn-German philology of the Bashkir State University and two lectures are scheduled in the program along with the festive show. Presentation of Russian text-books of German language, the report of DAAD representative Lena Reisich “German literature after 1945” will replenish the academic Week’s program.

The festival of German films will be opened in the cinema-theater “RODINA”.

Several other cultural and educational actions are scheduled with the Week’s frames: the Day of German language at Ufa gymnasium N86, inter-institute scientific-practical student conferences on actual problems of German language’ study, Republican student festival of German songs and some others.
