Tamara Tansykkuzina became the leader of International Checkers Federation

An annual meeting of Russian International Checkers Federation has taken place in the town of Ishimbay and representatives of 11 Russian regions were taking part in it.

Tamara Tansykkuzina – the fivefold world champion in international checkers, international grand master, the chairman of the Checkers Federation of Bashkortostan and a member of the Republican Public Chamber is elected its new president. She will head this office during four years. Uri Chertok was the leader of the Federation before.

International grand master Alexei Chizov is the vice-president of the Russian International Checkers Federation.
