Rifat Aupov from Ishimbay has become the best teacher of Bashkir language and literature-2012

Rifat Aupov from secondary school N8 in the town of Ishimbay has become the 17th winner of Grand-Prix of the interregional contest “The teacher of Bashkir language and literature-2012”. The flower ceremony has taken place yesterday in the National Youth Theater by M. Karim.

57 pedagogues have taken part in the competition of pedagogical mastery this time. On the way to victory the competitors have conducted open lessons and master-classes, introduced their innovational experience and taken the floor with the public lecture to the topic “What is left after us”. Besides, they’ve take part in debates.

The Minister for education RB Alfis Gayazov has noted the importance of participation of pedagogues from other Russian regions in the contest.

“Teachers from Orenburg, Samara and Chelyabinsk region arrived in Ufa to take part in the contest this year” – he said – “The main goal of this pedagogical competition is demonstration of our achievements and our progressive experience in sphere of teaching Bashkir language and literature. Every one of today’s 57 participants brings something new and interesting, introducing new innovational methods and technologies, something, what can become the example for others” – he mentioned.

The contest’s winner Rifat Aupov is certain that teaching children is a mission.

”In parallel with the profession of teacher of Bashkir language and literature I received one more specialty, which looked more interesting and promising for me that time” – he said- “I wanted to become a lawyer and immediately after graduation I started to work as a an investigator. But in two years the destiny turned to me to school. Now I work as a teacher of Bashkir language and literature in the course of already 15 years. My grandmother and grand-grandfather were also teachers. I like my job and my pupils and when they win various competitions and Olympiads I am happy with them because their victories are my victories too”.
