The first distant pupils Olympiad for regional tourism starts in Bashkiria

The first distant Olympiad for pupils “It’s Time to Have a Rest in Bashkortostan”, devoted to regional tourism, starts today, March 13.

Tasks on local lore, geography, economics, social studies, history and ecology will be offered to its participants. Pupils of 5th-11th classes from any education institutions may take part in the Olympiad. The tasks will be written by pedagogues from Bashkir State Pedagogical University by M. Akmullah and Republican children’s tourist, local lore and excursions center with consulting assistance of representatives of tourist industry RB.

One can register for participation in the Olympiad on the site www.olimp.bspu.ru and tasks will be placed here too. The answers should be sent till March 26. Participants will get points for correct answers and winners will be determined according to the sum of collected points.

Flower ceremony and closure of the Olympiad will take place on April 3 within the frames of the all-Russian exhibition “Tourism, Sport, Health, Recreation Centers”.
