More than 15 billion rubles will be appropriated for health protection development in Bashkiria in 2012

15,5 billion rubles will be allocated for modernization of health protection system from federal and republican budgets in 2012, Minister for health protection RB George Shebaev reported today during the meeting of the widened collegium of Ministry for health protection RB, devoted to work balance of health protection institutions in 2011. According to Minister approximately one fourth of this sum will be spent for improvement of health protection material and technical base and more than 60% - for implementation of new medical aid standards.

The Vice-Premier of the Government RB Fidus Yamaltdinov has stated that the main goal of health protection modernization doesn’t mean just structural reforms and supply of medical institutions with modern equipment but reduction of the indices of sickness rate, death rate and increase of average lifetime.
