More than 100 junior pupils will participate in all-Russian Olympiad “Subjugate VOROBIEVY GORY”

More than 100 senior pupils will take part in the first full-time stage of the all-Russian Olympiad “Subjugate VOROBIEVY GORY”-2012” in Ufa on March 10. All of them have successfully overcome the previous in absentia stage. The list of pupils includes children from Penza, Samara, Chelyabinsk, Orenburg and Perm regions, Tatarstan and Udmurtia and from towns and regions of Bashkortostan.

The Olympiad will be held at the Bashkir State University for the third year successively. The pupils will compete in tests in mathematics, chemistry, biology, history, English, German and French languages.

The main goal of the project is recruitment of talented young people from Russian regions for Moscow State University. The full-time stages of the Olympiad will take place in Moscow and on five regional sites: in Ufa, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg, Bryansk and Tomsk. The intellectual marathon is organized by Moscow State University by M. Lomonosov and the publishing house “Moscow Komsomol Member”.
