More than two billion rubles will be transferred to Bashkiria for modernization of education in 2012
The federal center will appropriate two billion 133 million rubles for modernization of education system in Bashkiria in 2012. The corresponding agreement was signed between the Ministry for education and science of Russia and the Government RB, the deputy Minister for education RB Marat Shmakov reported to “Bashinform”.
“Bashkiria will add 142 million 217 thousand rubles on the terms of co-funding” – the deputy Minister mentioned.
The means will be spent for purchases of various equipment, school buses, stocking of school library funds, development of school infrastructure, advanced training and professional retraining of teachers and directors of general education institutions and organization of distant education.
507,4 million rubles will be allocated for capital repair of schools. In 2011 Bashkiria has received 712 million rubles, i.e. three times less. The money has to be transferred by the federal exchequer before March 1.
