Bashkir bailiffs expel illegal migrants

Bashkir bailiffs have expelled a citizen of Uzbekistan from the Republic. In the nearest future they intend to expel other three citizens of Tajikistan, admitted as illegal migrants.

“Since January 1, 2012, in accordance with the federal law from December 6, 2011, the bailiff service has to execute the writs concerning administrative deportation of foreign citizens and people without citizenship beyond the borders of Russian Federation through compulsory relocation of such people across the state border of Russia” – the head of the bailiff press-service Sergey Spatar explained.
