Christmas charity action started in Ufa

The city charity Christmas action, initiated by the Bashkir metropolia, is held in Ufa, pursuing two main goals: to attract public attention to the needs of poor people with the help of photo-art and to collect means for expensive treatment of disabled kids.

The action will consist of two stages. The first stage will last to January 29 and will be held in the form of the contest of social photography and everybody may send the works, devoted to the problems of the needy and homeless people, to the jury.

The second stage will start on February 1. The exhibition of social photography will be held within its frames and the means for treatment of disabled kids will be collected. The exhibition will be held in the art gallery of the trade-entertaining center “GOSTINY DVOR” and will be accompanied with wide cultural program. The means, collected in the course of the action, will be presented to the parents of the disabled kids for medicines and treatment. It is expected that 150 children will get this money according to the list, introduced by the Ministry for labor and population social protection RB.
