The contest for the best emblem and talisman of the international children’s games-2013 is prolonged

The Ministry for youth policy and sport RB prolonged the contest for the best emblem and talisman of the International Children’s Games-2013 till January 23, 2012.
Professional painters, pedagogues and students of higher and secondary special education institutions, enterprises, engaged in advertising, advertising agencies and amateur painters are welcomed.
The author of the best emblem will be rewarded with monetary prize, the diploma and with the tickets to all competitions of the International Children’s Games in Bashkortostan.
It is necessary that both the emblem and the talisman would meet several requirements: high level of art culture and designing art, brilliance and expressiveness, originality and up-to-datedness. When designing the emblem, one has to be based upon the main graphical sign of the International Children’s Games.
The main technical parameters of the files accepted are the following: the volume of the image file should be not more than 6M, for the bitmapped graphics the size of the file should be at least A4 with 300 dpi, the file’s format can be tiff and psd (up to the version CS5 inclusive). For vector graphics the formats have to be either ai and eps (Adobe Illustrator up to the version CS4) or cdr (Corel, up toX3 version). All writings have to be converted into curves (the color models are RGB and CMYK).

The International Children’s Games will be held in Ufa from the 26th of February to the 3rd of March 2013 and about one thousand young sportsmen at the age from 12 to 15 from more than 20 countries will arrive in the capital of Bashkortostan. The program of the Games includes eight kinds of sport – sports orienteering, short-track, slalom, freestyle, ice hockey, figure skating, snowboarding and ski racing.
