The tragedy on “Kolskaya”: one driller from Bashkiria is saved and the second is reported missing

Two citizens of Bashkortostan were staying on the rig “Kolskaya”, which had sunk on December 18. 67 people were working on the rig that moment, including the citizen of Ufa Dmitry Kuznetsov and the resident of the village Buzdiak Rustem Nasibullin.

The Main Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in Sakhalin region reports Dmitry Kuznetsov is alive. He was taken on the helicopter's board, which not long ago left the region of the rescue operation for the town of Uzno-Sakhalinsk, where he as well as other saved drillers would be met by medics and psychologists. After that they will be sent to the local hospital.

Rustem Nasibullin is still found in the list of missing people. The wildcatting is going on with the help of four helicopters.
