More than 1200 kids get high-tech medical care every year

More than 1200 kids get high-tech medical care at the Republican children clinical hospital every year. During a year more than 18 thousand kids from different towns and regions of the Republic pass medical treatment at the hospital and more than six thousand operations are made, the deputy head doctor of the Republican central children clinical hospital Rashit Baiburin reported at today's regional seminar, devoted to actual problems of high-tech medical care. The seminar was held in the format of video conference and medics of four Bashkir regions and of towns of Sibay and Baimak were its listeners.

In 2009 the hospital has received the license for high-tech medical care on nine profiles: hematology, oncology, neurosurgery, neonatology, otolaryngology, pediatrics, traumatology and orthopaedics, urology and surgery (transplantation).

In 2010 the hospital was included into the list of the medical institutions, rendering high-tech medical care within the frames of co-funding of the state contract for medical care for the citizens of Russia at the expense of the subsidies from the federal budget with the allocation of 34 quotes for neurosurgery and 58 quotes for orthopaedics and traumatology.
