Ufa is admitted one of the most comfortable Russian cities

The totals of the all-Russian contest for the rank of the most comfortable urban (rural) settlement of Russia in 2010 are summed up. According to these totals the Chairman of the Russian Government Vladimir Putin signed the decree from November 18, 2011, which confirmed the awarding of prizes to four municipal formations of the first category – the urban (rural) settlements, being the administrative centers in Russian regions. Novgorod is awarded with the diploma of the Russian Government of the first degree, Ufa and Novosibirsk shared the diploma of the second degree and the third place is adjudged to Saransk, Khabarovsk and Izhevsk, the site of the Russian Government reports.
