The annual award “For endowment to development of social business undertakings in Russia” is established

The Fund of regional social programs “Our Future” announced the establishment of the first annual award “For endowment to development of social business undertakings in Russia”.

The main goal of the award is public recognition of the merits of the prominent specialists in sphere of social business undertakings, attraction of attention to social business undertakings and its popularization in Russia. The award's initiators believe that “the laureates will serve tas the guideline in sphere of social business undertakings for the society”.

The executive director of the Fund “Our Future” Eugene Zivoglazov has told at the press-conference,held by RIA “NOVOSTI”, who and how one can be nominated for the award, about the jury and the public council of the award, which staff includes public activists and heads of profiled organizations. The award's symbol – the “Angel” statuette – was also demonstrated to the journalists. The award's prize fund amounts to 1 million 100 thousand rubles at present time.

“We announce eight nominations, oriented towards social businessmen, public activists, specializing in support of social business undertakings, towards education institutions and mass-media” - Eugene Zivoglazov said.

The nominations are the following: “For personal endowment to development of social business undertakings”, “For the leadership in advancement of social business undertakings”, “For the best Russian educational program in sphere of social business undertakings”, “For the best coverage of social business undertakings by mass-media”, “For the best coverage of social business undertakings by a journalist”, “For the best reel, devoted to social business undertakings”, “For the best wide-scaled project in sphere of social business undertakings” and “For systematic approach to social business undertakings”. The list of nominations can be widened, the representatives of the Fund reported.
