Stable rise of birth rate is observed in Ufa

For the last five years the index of death rate in Ufa dropped by 4,8%, the deputy head of the Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights Bashkortostan's Directorate Nasima Kuchimova reported today. According to her stable rise of birth rate, observed in the city for already the third year successively, also positively influences upon the demographic situation in Ufa. For this period of time the natality in Ufa increased from 3 to 21 people per ten thousand citizens.

Nasima Kuchimova also told about influence of ecological situation in the city, quality of foods and medical services upon health of Ufa residents. According to her the atmospheric emissions made up more than 345 thousand tons in 2010, including 220 thousand tons of exhaust gases. The level of professional diseases in Ufa is kept on the level lower than the average Republican one – 0,93 and 1,74 per ten thousand people correspondingly.
