An international mathematical forum is held at the Bashkir State University

The international conference for students, post-graduates and young scientists started working at the Bashkir State University. It is called “Fundamental mathematics and its applications in natural science”. Representatives of the USA, Japan, Germany, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Russia arrived in Ufa to join the forum, held since 1996.

The press-center of the Bashkir State University reports the participants of the conference will listen to the lectures, read by the leading scientists, and will take part in work of the sections in 21 directions, including “Complex analysis and the theory of functions”, “Mathematical physics”, “Highly productive calculations”, “Mathematical methods in economics”, “Mathematical and quantum chemistry”, “Nano-systems” etc.

The conference is held under financial support of the Russian Fund for Fundamental Investigations and the Bashkir State University with the assistance of the Ufa State Pedagogical University by M. Akmullah, the Institute of Mathematics with the Computing Center under the Ufa Scientific Center of Russian Academy of Sciences, the Institute of physics of molecules and crystals under the Ufa Scientific Center of Russian Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Mechanics under the Ufa Scientific Center of Russian Academy of Sciences.
