The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov opened the European championship for young riders in Ufa

The XXVI European championship of young riders is opened at the hippodrome “AKBUZAT” in Ufa and representatives of Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain and Sweden take part in it together with Russian riders. They will compete in four laps at the distance 1600 meters.

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov welcomed guests and participants of the championship.

“Good day, dear friends! I am happy to welcome participants and guests of the European championship for young riders. It is high honor for us to receive such respected and important championship on Bashkir land. This choice is not accidental. First, Bashkortostan specializes in horse breeding from the ancient times, second, we have excellent conditions for holding such competitions and, third, we continue developing horse breeding, holding the second place in Russian Federation by the livestock of horse for today.
