Questions of prophylactics of extremism spreading in religious organizations were under discussion in Bashkortostan

The gathering of imams has taken place in Yanaulsky region RB and the ways of penetration of radical Islamic movements into religious organizations was the key one in the agenda.

The participants of the gathering marked that at present time no spreading of radical movements was observed in the Republic. Nonetheless all participants stood for the necessity of preventive measures. For that purpose it was offered to raise the level of education among imams. More attention should be paid to the lessons on the basics of Islam among parishioners. In opinion of the participants such steps will be helpful in prevention of aggressive religious tendencies.
