The 12th of July is the day of mourning in Russia

The President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev announced the 12th of July the Day of mourning for the victims of the crash of the motor ship “Bulgaria”.

“I made the decision to declare tomorrow day the Day of mourning” – the head of the state stated on Monday during the governmental gathering, devoted to the catastrophe of the motor ship “Bulgaria”.

According to the latest information 208 people were on its board. 13 people are reported dead, about 80 were saved and the destiny of others is still unknown.

At present time more than 100 divers are working on the accident site, including the group of divers from the Volga regional rescue team, located on the territory of Bashkortostan.
