Whistling at night is prohibited in Bashkortostan now

Bashkir authorities prohibited people to whistle at nighttime. Same veto is interposed on signing, dances, shouts, playing musical instruments, the use of pyrotechnics and sound reproducers and on construction and repair works. The violators will be called to administrative account. The deputies of the State Council-Kurultay-RB have passed the corresponding law in the third reading today. The deputies hope the new law will help to establish public order in Bashkortostan at nighttime.
