Delegation RB has taken part in Moscow sabantuy

The “sabantuy-2011” has passed in Moscow on a grand scale the day before and the Moscow reserve-museum “Kolomenskoe” has for the first time become its main site.

The delegation of Bashkortostan was headed by the Prime-Minister of the Government RB Azamat Ilimbetov.

“Sabantuy can be by right called one of important elements of the national diplomacy, allowing getting to know the traditions of our neighbors better and consolidating the nations closer. As a result, these ordinary human contacts develop into mutually beneficial economic results” – Azamat Ilimbetov said to journalists.

Special program, which included performances of the masters of Arts from Bashkortostan, Tatarstan and Moscow, was prepared for the guests – national wrestling “kuresh” competitions, presentation of the Bashkir cookery, tasting ceremonies etc, as the press-service of the Government RB reported.
