The branch of UNESCO chair will be created on the basis of "Shulgan-Tash" reserve

The branch of UNESCO chair will be created on the basis of the "Shulgan-Tash" reserve. It will be possible if the given especially protected natural territory will be included into the list of the World heritage of UNESCO in the nomination «Cultural landscape». Igor Makovetsky, the chairman of the Russian national committee of the world cultural and natural heritage of the Commission for UNESCO declared about it during the meeting in the Government of Bashkortostan.

— For today in Russia there is no object in such nomination, and it is a great advantage for the republic, — he underlined.

To realize these plans a hard work should be done according to requirements which are given to nominees. Also, according to the established procedure, at the place where the nomination is offered, the branch of UNESCO chair is created.

The similar chair exists in Russia for 12 years. It co-operates with the regional ministries and departments. Separately experts of the chair will solve the specific targets connected with monitoring and forming of regulative structure of work.

Experts are planning to solve the issue at what republican university this chair will be located in the near future.
