Bashinform News Agency became the winner of the «Zolotaya Akula» award

"Bashinform" Agency became the winner of the VI Professional award in the field of journalism «Zolotaya Akula» in the nomination «The Best News Agency». In the given nomination our agency is named the first. It is followed by the News Agency "UralPolit.Ru" (Yekaterinburg) and the News Agency "Yugra-inform" (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area –Yugra).

The award is founded by the Ural branch of the Russian Association on public relations (RAPR) and the Ural Federal University (Yekaterinburg). The events dated for delivery of "Zolotaya Akula» took place in the Ural Federal University on June 3. The jury selected the best mass-media and the best journalists not only by the sent works, but also during monitoring. For some editions awards were pleasant but unexpected.

Only the day before it became known that Bashinform agency as well as two republican mass-media —"Yuldash" radio and "Bashkortostan" newspaper were included into the number of winners. Today this fact was confirmed by Oksana Mezentseva, the Press Secretary of the Ural Federal University. She also said that debates on the subject «The future of the media market» were very interesting.
