The President RB Rustem Khamitov is taking part in the gathering of the Russian Federation State Council Presidium re “The measures on strengthening of counteraction to drug use among youth” in Irkutsk today, April 18, the public affairs service of the President RB reports.

For the reference: about 9 thousand patients, suffering from drug addiction, are registered in Bashkortostan (140 people per 100 thousand). This index in the Republic is 1,7 times lower than in Russia on average. One of few state rehabilitation centers for drug addicts functions in the Republic.
