Popular Ufa’s writer Kamil Ziganshin is nominated for the award by the prominent Russian writer, actor and producer Basil Shukshin. The first deputy chairman of the Russian Writers Union Gennady Ivanov has reported about it at the XV congress of writers RB in Ufa.

The novel by Kamil Ziganshin “The Gold of Aldan” has been issued by the Bashkir publishing house “KITAP” in the end of 2010. The writer was working over thus novel during several years.

The award by Basil Shukshin is considered one of the most prestigious awards in sphere of literature in Russia. It is established in 2007 in Altai and given for the prosaic works, continuing the best traditions of Russian literature and published during last three years. The award is given once in three years.
