UMPO takes part in the program for lowering intenseness in the labor market in Bashkiria

Within the frames of the Republican program for lowering the intenseness in the local labor market JSC “Ufa Engine Plant” (UMPO) intends to allocate 250 workplaces for the probation period of the graduates of higher and secondary special education institutions. All young specialists will receive curators, which are to patronize their work and help the graduates in adaptation.

UMPO press-service reports 218 young specialists have passed probation period at the plant in 2010 and 148 of them have received new jobs. All of them are the graduates of the Ufa State Aviation Technical University, the Ufa State Oil Technical University, the Bashkir State University, the Ufa aviation technical college and other education institutions RB.
