Delegation RB has left for Baikonur

130 pupils and students, headed by the deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB Uri Pustovgarov and the President of the Trade-Industry Chamber RB Anatoly Bondaruk, have left for the town of Baikonur for participation in the jubilee start of the spaceship “Soyuz TMA-21”.

The trip will last two days. Today the delegation RB will watch the town of the legendary space explorers and will lay flowers to the monuments of the deceased space pilots and to the monuments of Sergey Korolev and Uri Gagarin. Tonight they will become acquainted with the exhibits of the local museum and at night the messengers of Bashkiria will watch the historical event – the start of the jubilee spaceship from “Baikonur” cosmodrome.

The trip’s program includes the visits to the cottages of Uri Gagarin and Sergey Korolev. The future space researchers may watch the orbit center “BURAN” and the pad after the start.

The winners of the annual contest of social an scientific projects “Social Forum”, prize-winners of the regional stage of the international Olympiad by Mojaisky, devoted to history of aviation and aeronautics, have received free certificates for presence at the start of the piloted spaceship. The winners of the contest “Cosmos” and participants of the student conference “Actual problems of youth” social space time and cosmos” will also become the witnesses of the historical start.
