Finalists of Republican Olympiad “The Step into the Future” gathered in Ufa

The final stage of the Republican technical Olympiad “The Step into the Future” started in the Republican Children’s Technical Art Center. More than 100 pupils – the winners of the first stage, held in January-February 2011, arrived in Ufa for taking part in the final competition.

The winners will be determined in seven directions: engine designing and exploitation, electronics, production safety and industrial ecology, power supply in agriculture, applied physics, programming and the basics of machines and units designing.

The final stage of the competition will be held at the Ufa State Aviation Technical University, the Bashkir State Agrarian University and at the Bashkir State Pedagogical University. The winners of the first places in their directions may pretend to become the Grand Prix competitors within the frames of the top priority national project “Education”.
