International conference on history of medicine is held in Ufa

The First international conference on history of medicine, devoted to the 120th anniversary of honorable doctor RF Nurlygayan Baiteryakov and to the 80th anniversary of Professor Mark Mirsky is held in Ufa today. On this occasion honorable guests from Germany, Moscow, Kazan, Samar and Arkhangelsk are invited. Representatives of secondary medical pharmaceutical education institutions, heads of medical institutions and students take part in it too. Solemn opening of the conference has taken place yesterday at the Bashkir medical college. The deputy Minister of health protection RB Ramil Zainullin and the lately elected rector of the Bashkir State Medical University Valentine Pavlov took part in the ceremony. The wide-scaled exhibition on history of the University and Republican secondary medical education institutions is opened here too.
