The project, opening new chances for job placement, starts in Bashkiria

“The point of increase” – this is the name of a new social project with the sphere of professional training and retraining, worked up and realized by the management company “STEAM”. The retraining school will open its doors wide for the listeners on March 1.

In opinion of the project’s initiators the uniqueness of the project is that the graduates of this course will have real chances to find jobs. Former pupils of the children’s homes, people with disabilities and former prisoners will be also trained within the frames of the project. Besides, all of them receive new knowledge absolutely free.

The initiators say the lessons at the school will be conducted by the leading business managers RB. It should be mentioned the lessons will be conducted in the mode of real sales, so the listeners can earn money already in the training process. Therefore the course, which term is from one to six months (depending on the program’s volume) will be graduated by the people, ready for real work and already having this work.
