Talented youth of Bashkiria will be rewarded with prizes of President of Russia

Solemn rewarding ceremony for laureates of the award for support of talented youth within the frames of the national project “Education” will take place in the Congress-Hall, Ufa, on February 17.

127 young people have become the laureates of the Presidential prize in 2010. They will be rewarded with the diplomas and money prizes – 60 thousand rubles (to the winners and prize-winners of all-Russian and international contests and Olympiads) and 30 thousand rubles (to the winners of the Republican contests and Olympiads), the Ministry of education RB reported to “Bashinform”.

The prize for support of talented youth was established in 2006 by the decree of the President RF within the frames of the national project “Education”. The main goal of the project is exposure of the most talented young people in Russia and support of their further progress.

The choice of talented youth at the age between 14 and 25 is done on five nominations: socially significant and public activity, scientific-technical activity, scientific-investigating activity, professional mastery, arts and amateur sport.
