Photo-contest “100 Ways and One is yours” started in Ufa

On the eve of the Educational Forum, which is to be held from the 29th of March to the 1st of April in Ufa, the Republican photo-contest for pupils and students at the age under 18, initiated by Ufa administration, the Bashkir Exhibition Company and the educational portal www.edufa.ru, started in Ufa.

Young photo-masters may try themselves in the nominations “My favorite lesson” and “Intermission”. The works to the free themes are welcomed too and every participant may introduce one work in every nomination.

The contest will be held at three stages. The preliminary selection and placement of the photos on the educational portal will be held from February 1to March 11 and every visitor may vote for the best work.

The second stage will be held during the XI exhibition “Education, Science, Career” within the frames of the Educational Forum and here the exposition of the works – the winners of the internet-voting will be demonstrated.

The final winners will be determined by the professional jury and the solemn awarding ceremony will take place during the exhibition’s closure on April 1, 2011. The best photographers will be rewarded with the special prizes from the organizers and sponsors.
