Two billion 300 million rubles will be appropriated for construction of the Paralympic Center in Bashkiria

The Minister of youth policy and sport RB Alexander Nikerin held a work meeting, dedicated to construction of the Paralympic Center in Ufa.

The press-service of the Ministry reports the chief architect of the design office “BASHKIRGRAZDANPROJECT” Ildar Ibragimov, the President of the sport club of invalids of Ufa Gennady Dementiev, the chairman of the public invalids organization “FAKEL” Marat Usupov and other officials participated in the meeting.

“Thanks to the successes of our Paralympic sportsmen and upon the initiative of the Ministry of youth sport and tourism RB we’ve go the right for construction of the unique Paralympic Center here in the Republic” – M-r Nikerin said at the meeting – “ and here all conditions for training of sportsmen of the Republican and all-Russian level will be available”.

According to the project the center will have several objects –the swimming-pool, sports, demonstrational and recreational centers, the hotel, the café and the sports main body.

“We intend to spend two billion 300 million rubles for this construction” – M-r Nukerin reported.
