Awards are presented to 50 mothers with many kids in Bashkiria

The 89th awarding ceremony for mothers with many children has taken place in the Government RB. The deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB Fidus Yamaltdinov personally presented the medals “Motherhood Glory”, flowers and bonuses to 50 citizens of Bashkiria.

“33 thousand families with many children live in Bashkortostan and 110 thousand children reared in these families” – the Vice-Premier reported – “The Government RB established several preferences for them, monthly allowances, special payments for housing and communal services, free transport, school catering and school uniforms. 23 thousand families have used these preferences for the sum of 230 million rubles. For the last two years 48 families received housing certificates and the budget allocated more than 100 million rubles for these purposes. The families, where 9 and more children are reared, receive microvans “Gazelle” free and there are already 60 such families. We have to solve the problem with orphans and social orphans and now foster families receive a one-time allowance at the rate of the motherhood capital, i.e. 365 thousand rubles”.

The medal “Motherhood Glory” in Bashkiria is established since 1998. For the last 12 years 25 thousand women, rearing five and more children, have received this award. Other 50 mothers joined them today.
