On the eve of the New Year flu isn’t registered in Bashkiria

19,2 thousand people in Bashkiria caught virus infections on the eve of the New Year. Children at the age less than 14 make the majority of them – 73%. The press-service of the Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights in Bashkortostan reports no cases of flu were registered in the Republic.

4600 patients were diagnosed with the acute respiratory diseases in Ufa within the period between December 20 and 26. As compared with the previous week the sickness rate reduced by 13%. At present time the sickness with the acute respiratory diseases in Ufa is by 28% lower than the epidemic threshold.
