Fidus Yamaltdinov: “The ideology of social aid has to be changed”

“The President RB posed the problem to provide our population with workplaces, good salaries and improve their living conditions. By all three showings we stand behind the average all-Russian level for today” – the deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB Fidus Yamaltdinov stated yesterday in the TV-program “Nonrandom People” on BST-channel.

He has mentioned the problem of population employment lies in the sphere of economics and solved within the frames of two programs. The first program is the assistance to population employment; it is financed from the federal exchequer and meant for the people, searching for a work. The second program is aimed at reduction of intenseness in the labor market.

According to M-r Yamaltdinov the structure of both programs includes such directions as retraining, presentation of the job vacancy database, allocation of start-up capital for opening one’s business, probation periods for young specialists in various organizations and job placement for invalids and moms with children. All these directions will help to cut the number of unemployed in the region down.

Another serious problem is social housing. At present time 900 families with many kids stand in the queue for social housing in the Republic.

“Special program for construction of social housing is launched in Bashkiria. According to this program 60% of the abuilding housing will belong to the economic class” – Fidus Yamaltdinov reported. But as he believes, the ideology of social aid has to be altered in the nearest future: “We have to make such conditions, which would help people to be successful in job search”.
