Director of the trolley-bus plant in Ufa sold out corporate property

The former general director of JSC “Bashkir trolley-bus plant” faces the prospects of criminal prosecution. The employees of the Economic Crimes Dept under the Ministry of internal affairs in RB revealed the fact of illegal sales of the plant’s equipment at low prices to the affiliated enterprise, registered on one of the director’s relatives. According to the trial’s version the director started to sell the necessary equipment using his duty status and passing the board of directors over still in 2007. At that the legitimate interests of the shareholders were hurt for the sum of more than 11 million rubles. The control packet of the plant’s shares belongs to the state and now the government investigators examine the case, the press-service of the Ministry of internal affairs in RB reports.
