The fund for construction of social housing to be established in Bashkiria

In 2011 Bashkiria will launch the Republican goal-oriented program “Stimulation of house-building development in Republic of Bashkortostan in 2011-2015” and it is planned that more than three million square meters of housing will be put into exploitation in the Republic every year. The housing will raise up to 24,4 square meters per one person (21,1 square meters at present time). The main goal of the program is erection of available housing, so about 60% of the high-rise apartment buildings will represent the economic class of housing at the price of 28 thousand rubles for one square meter in Ufa and 24 thousand – in the Republic in a whole. The non-commercial organization, called “The Fund for construction of social housing”, will make this wide-scaled aim a reality. Besides, the fund will make the unified database of all people, who need housing. At present time this information is too uncoordinated, the queues stand in town and municipal administrations as well as in various departments and it is often can be found only on paper. The new database is called to normalize this process. By the end of the first quarter of 2011 the list of the lands, allocated for social housing, has to be composed.

The tutorial council, headed by the President RB Rustem Khamitov, will manage the Fund.
