Exhibition of Bashkir photo-painter has taken place in Iran

Photo-exhibition of the chairman of the Bashkir division of the Russian Union of Photo-Painters Ramil Kilmamatov has taken place in Teheran. It was organized within the frames of the official visit of the delegation of the Clerical Muslim Dept RB to Iran from the 23rd of November to the 7th of December 2010, the deputy chairman of the Clerical Muslim Dept RB Ruslan Sayakhov reported to the news agency “Bashinform”.

“Such trip is organized already for the third time” – he reported – “Earlier the representatives of Clerical Muslim Dept RB have been on a reconnaissance visits in Iran in 2007 and 2009”.

The delegation has visited not only Teheran but also the town of Kum, considered the scientific and cultural center of the whole Islamic world. Here the biggest research Islamic institutes and cultural organizations are located.

In the course of the visit Ramil Kilmamatov has not just held the exhibition but managed to gather rather rich material about Iran. According to the photo-painter this photo-bank includes about 300 photos now but after processing this number will be reduced to 50-60 and in the future the painter intends to open an exhibition about Iran, using these photos.
