Snowfalls impede drivers and drivers impede snow-fighters

Abundant snowfalls are observed not only in Bashkiria but in neighboring Tatarstan and Chelyabinsk regions, the press-service of the Traffic Safety Inspectorate RB reports, so all drivers are strongly recommended to refuse from the trips to these regions: because of heavy snow the traffic on the highways is difficult and traffic police periodically close the highways for transport in order to let the snow-fighters work.

The urban traffic is also difficult and the cars, parked along the street edges, hamper snow fighting.

For the last 24 hours 11 traffic accidents have occurred on Bashkir highways, 15 people have suffered and no victims were reported.
