About 880 thousand people are vaccinated against flu in Bashkiria

About 880 thousand people in Bashkiria were vaccinated against flu – 21,7% of the whole population RB. The Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights in Bashkortostan reports 795,5 thousand people were inoculated at the expense of the federal budget, including 355,5 thousand children. More than 84,4 thousand people were inoculated due to the additional sources of financing.

13400 people were diagnosed with the acute respiratory disease in Bashkortostan last week, including 71,5% of children at the age less than 14. The sickness rate has grown up by 9%, as compared with the previous week. No cases of flu are registered yet.

In the capital of Bashkiria the sickness rate on the contrary reduced by 4,2%, as compared with one week before. The epidemiologists report the sickness rate with the acute respiratory diseases in Ufa is by 35% lower than the epidemic threshold.
