Bashkir pupils will be tested for drug dependence every year

Beginning from 2011 a free-will testing of the pupils for drug intake will be organized at all Republican schools. The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has already approved this decision of the anti-drug commission RB.

It should be noted that at the last meeting of the anti-drug commission Rustem Khamitiov has demanded “rigid” and “clear” actions in struggle with the drug aggression. The President RB has underscored that it is high time to turn from the declarative decisions towards “clear, precise and understandable” steps.

According to this decision the free-will testing for drug intake among pupils and students of secondary and higher education institutions will be held every year.
