Rustem Khamitov congratulated transport workers with their professional holiday

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov congratulated all workers of the Republican motor-car transport sphere with their professional holiday, celebrated on October 31.

As it is said in the complimentary address of the President RB, the role of motor-car transport in our life can hardly be overestimated. Transport is considered one of the most important factors in development of economics and more than a half of all freights in Russia fall on the motor-car transport.

“One can’t imagine modern economics without a car as well as our public and private life. Per se, everyone plays the role of either a driver or a passenger several times a day. In spite of the active growth of the private fleet the public transport still bears heavy load and Republic of Bashkortostan holds one of the leading places in Volga federal district in sphere of conveyance of passengers.

The workers of the Bashkir transport branch face serious tasks on improvement of passenger’s services and freight and on provision of traffic safety and I’m sure your high professionalism and responsibility will further contribute to successful fulfilling of these aims” – said in the salutary address of the President RB.

The President of the Republic has wished all transport workers “strong health and prosperity and every new success for the good of our Republic”.
