The first pilgrims from Bashkiria will go for a hadj on November 1

The first pilgrims from Bashkiria will go for a hadj to the holy places of Mecca and Medina on November 1. The head of Ufa regional office of the interregional pilgrim’s center “IDEL HADJ” Ildar Biglov reports to “Bashinform” the first group, consisting of 49 people, will leave Ufa with the air company “Turkish Airlines”.
“In total complexity we are going to send about 150 people from Bashkiria for a hadj” – he informed journalists – “The next flights are appointed on the 4th and the 6th of November. At present time all pilgrims have already receive the visas and the permits. The age of the pilgrims is between 26 and 80”.
Other 97 people will go for a hadj from Ufa with the tour, offered by the tourist company “AIRA-TOUR”. The general director of this company Marina Belyaeva reports there will be two groups – on November 4 and 6, including the youngest pilgrim from Bashkortostan – the kid at the age of 12.
The cost of the hadj-tours for the citizens of Bashkiria in 2010 makes up from 75 to 145 thousand rubles and as the tourist managers report the prices aren’t changed this year.
The first groups of the pilgrims will return from Saudi Arabia on November 25 and 27 with the company “AIRA-TOUR” and the arrival of the final group is expected in 30 days after the beginning of the hadj with “IDEL-HADJ”.
